Unaric Acquires Cloud4J, Strengthening Salesforce Reporting and Document Generation Capabilities
Unaric, an organisation building the world’s leading suite of apps on the Salesforce platform, has acquired Cloud4J for an undisclosed amount.
Cloud4J, known for its flagship product - Report Builder - has been delivering advanced reporting, mail merging, document generation, and report distribution solutions since its inception in 2011. The established reporting solution is popular amongst the Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors, with customers including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Bank of America and Boston Scientific.
The official acquisition date is December 3rd 2024.
